Adult Aquatics

Our aquatics programs offer 25 certified staff members. We offer adult programs for beginners wanting to develop their skills, as well as classes for those seeking more strenuous challenge. Two lap lanes are kept open at all times for those who would like to swim without instruction at The MAC. East Hills offers open pool hours for families and individuals.

Group Fitness Classes

Over 200 group fitness classes are offered each week to appeal to a wide array of fitness needs. Group fitness classes include BodyComat®, BodyPump®, BodyFlow®, BodyStep®, Cycling, Pilates, yoga, aqua aerobics, and much more! Classes are energetic and utilize motivating music. Class structure is monitored to ensure safety, effectiveness and provide enjoyable workouts for all members. Click here for a list of class descriptions at East Hills and The MAC.

Group Fitness instructors are certified by one or more of the following organizations: ACE, AFAA, NASM, Mad Dogg Athletics, Body PUMP and YogaFit. Our team members attend conferences, seminars, in-service trainings and workshops. They bring individuality, variety and pizzazz to every class they teach.

Prenatal & Postpartum Programs

Pregnancy is a time when many expectant mothers needlessly scale back their fitness routines. These programs keep moms-to-be active and allow new moms a fitness routine they can achieve with their child in tow. We offer a number of group classes, so please contact our Welcome Center at The MAC or East Hills to find out the current programs and schedules.

Adult Fitness Classes

No matter what your fitness goals, you’re sure to find just the right program to keep you motivated! We offer programs with a small-group personal training environment, such as WOW and Golf Conditioning. Martial Arts

Each of our six martial arts instructors are certified 3rd through 6th Degree Black Belts. We also have one Master Level instructor. Classes include Tae Kwon Do, High-Belt, Judo, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu for adults ages 13 and up.
