ADULT BASICS SWIM CLASS

Description:
Adult Basics with Jen Jarvis is a class for the adult who has not had the opportunity to learn the essential skill of swimming. Participants in this class will discover the water in a safe and supportive environment. Better now than never! East Hills and MAC only members will receive the member rate, regardless of class location.

Length: 45 minutes Ages: 16 yrs - 60 yrs 11 mos


INTERMEDIATE ADULT SWIMMING

Description:
The Intermediate Adult class is directed toward adult swimmers who can successfully swim the length of the pool but may lack a defined stroke and/or struggle with a routine breathing pattern. The goal of this class is to gain increased knowledge of the four competitive strokes as well as increase flexibility and endurance while swimming. Participants in this class will work toward becoming efficient lap swimmers.

ADVANCED ADULT SWIM W/ JEN JARVIS

Description:
Swimmers in the Advanced Adult class will work with an instructor and as a team while completing stroke refinement drills and discussing the elements involved in a challenging work out. Triathletes, fitness swimmers, and swimmers looking to tweak their strokes for effiency will perform well at this level.
