Mimi will discuss topics such as portion control, quality vs. quanity, achieving balance and variety as well as fast and easy ideas to incorporate in to your busy life. This course is especially valuable for those cooking not just for themselves, but for their families as well. Look for 15 minutes of express circuit training following class!

This medically-based exercise class has been specifically designed to meet the needs of those clients interested in gaining strength and increasing overall endurance. Taught under the supervision of certified personal trainers, this class meets one time per week and includes an assessment of your current fitness level, supervised strength training sessions, constant monitoring and feedback on your exercise program and follow up with your physician if required. *Physician referral required for this program.

Start your season off right with a conditioning program designed specifically to meet the demands of skiing at any level. To prevent injuries and increase performance, the body must maintain a strong core, total balance, dynamic flexibility and muscle control. Join Joe Kik, B.S. CPT, NSCA for ski activities that will combine aerobic and strength training with flexibility conditioning.
