Adult Swim Lessons

The adult swim experience continues to increase in popularity at both The Mac and East Hills. In an effort to meet the varying needs of our adult clients, our clubs currently offer three levels of quality instruction. Adult Basics, held at East Hills, is a class for the adult who has not had the opportunity to learn the essential skill of swimming. Techniques for increased comfort, floating, and forward progress will be addressed. Intermediate Adult, held at The Mac as well as East Hills, is designed for the adult who can safely get across the pool, but lacks a defined stroke and may be struggling with a routine breathing pattern in the water. Advanced Adult, also held at The Mac, is for the fitness swimmer, tri-athlete, and/or competitive swimmer looking for stroke refinement techniques and workout routines.
