Youth Activities
Working together, we give area youth an advantage in fitness and sports that can lead to a lifetime of health and enjoyment. Our youth activities include gymnastics classes ,dance classes, KidFit programs, YouthFit (homeschool)  programs, special events, and much more! For kids as young as 6 months through 18 years, we offer a wide variety of programs! If  you do not find what you are looking for, please contact our programming department at 224-5444 ext.222.


Dance
Dance

Strengthen your muscles and exercise your mind as you learn the basics of jazz and ballet.  Our 10-13 year old dancers can develop their sense of rhythm with our Jazz/Hip Hop class! The music and choreography is age appropriate for all classes!



Gymnastics
Gymnastics

Our gymnastics program is one of the premier tumbling programs in the area. Gymnastics is a great precursor to all sports as its focus is on strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence. We provide shuttle service to and from playrooms at East Hills and The Mac.



KidFit
KidFit

Kidfit  is a great way to introduce your child to fitness.  Each class consists of games, exercises and movement activities.  If needed, kids can be escorted from the playrooms to the gym. You may pay at the Welcome Center at The Mac or East Hills. You may pay daily or purchase a punchcard for 10 visits.

We offer Kids Night Out, holiday camps, birthday parties, team banquets, church group lock-ins, graduation parties and overnighters!


YouthFit/Homeschool
YouthFit/Homeschool
Join our experienced staff for a gym class with other home-schooled children in our area. Children are divided into appropriate age groups to play a variety of active gym sports. Junior Youthfit is for ages 4-5 and Youthfit is for ages 6-14. Please contact Kelly Wisink 224-5444 ext. 229 for more information.
