Ballroom Dance is here! It's easy, classy and loads of fun! Grab a partner, put your dance shoes on and join us for a 5 week session. This beginner class will introduce: waltz, quick step, east coast swing, cha cha and salsa.

TAKE BACK YOUR STRENGTH

Description:
This medically-based exercise class has been specifically designed to meet the needs of those clients interested in gaining strength and increasing overall endurance. Taught under the supervision of certified personal trainers, this class meets one time per week and includes an assessment of your current fitness level, supervised strength training sessions, constant monitoring and feedback on your exercise program and follow up with your physician if required. *Physician referral required for this program.
