Description:
While you may not be thinking about the slopes just yet, you want to stay in ski shape all year long. Core strength and stabilization are the keys to building a strong foundation for ski conditioning. Description:
Part of being a good parent is setting a good example and what better way to do that than participating in activities together. This new class is designed for the 13+ student and their parent. Together participants will learn the basics of exercise and strength training under the expert instruction of a certified personal trainer. One registration fee allows both participants. *Children must be 13-18 years old and accompanied by an adult to participate.

Description:
This special class is designed to assist those individuals who wish to begin or maintain a strength-based exercise program in a safe, low-risk environment. This small group class is led by certified Cancer Exercise Trainers who understand the issues surrounding individuals who may be challenged by balance, coordination and lack of mobility. Our trainers are also experienced working with people who suffer from the effects of cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, as well as extreme weight loss. Limited to 4-6 participants per class.

Description:
This 8-week course is designed to assist you with all of your health and wellness needs. Weekly group meetings are led by certified wellness coaches with over 15 years of personal training experience. Regardless of your fitness level or wellness goal, this class will help you lead a healthier life by combining nutrition and cooking tips, strategies for exercise and behavioral change. During the program, participants are eligible to purchase 8 weekly personal training sessions at a 20% discount (a $96 value). Restrictions apply.

Description:
Set a strong foundation for your beginning yoga practice! This 6-week small group class will focus on strenthening and proper alignment while introducing particpants to basic yoga asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathwork) in a safe and non-competitive atmosphere. Special attention will be paid to moving with awareness and increasing the student's stability, flexibility and overall sense of well being. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bring a yoga mat to class.
