Youth / Activities

Youth Activities

Working together, we give area youth an advantage in fitness and sports that can lead to a lifetime of health and enjoyment. Our youth activities include gymnastics, dance, yoga, cheer, KidFit programs, YouthFit programs, special events, summer camps at Orchard Hills and much more! For kids as young as 18 months through 18 years, we offer a wide variety of programs.

Gymnastics
Gymnastics teaches balance and the physical skills so helpful to just about any sport. What kid couldn’t benefit from added strength, flexibility, coordination and self-confidence? For all age groups, starting as young as 12 months.

Dance/Yoga/Cheer
Dance will build balance and coordination. Our yoga program builds strength and flexibility. Cheerleading teaches cheer basics and tumbling. Our studio offers a beautiful dance floor, mirrors and bars.

YouthFit Program
Perfect for home-schooled children. This physical education program introduces the student to a variety of sport and recreation activities, for ages 2 ½ to 15.

Special Events
We offer Kids Night Out, holiday camps, birthday parties, team banquets, church group lock-ins, graduation parties and overnighters! Call Mary White at 224-5400, ext. 315 for more details.
