Fitness Programs

Youth Aquatics
It is our goal that your children learn to swim in a safe and enjoyable environment. Our classes progress from water adjustment classes with parent, to stroke readiness classes based on mastery of skills. Classes are 25 minutes or 45 minutes. We offer 25 certified staff instructors and classes for children of all ages, some starting as young as five months.

Youth Fitness
Specializing in proper exercise techniques, nutrition, strength training and conditioning to help children ages 9-15. Each child will learn how to safely strengthen and tone their growing bodies.

Martial Arts
Each of our six martial arts instructors are certified 3rd through 6th Degree Black Belts. We also have one Master Level instructor. Classes include Tae Kwon Do, High-Belt, Judo, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu for children ages 5 and up.
